He can pull on a wide-array on evidence-based assessment, treatment and rehabilitative techniques including myofascial release, cupping, trigger point therapy, dry & electrotherapeutic dry needling, joint mobilisation, rehabilitative & corrective exercise prescription and sports taping.
Saxon is passionate about helping people restore pain-free functional movement and can help treat both the immediate symptoms and the underlying cause, be it a postural, behavioural, muscular imbalance or structural dysfunction. Saxon’s interest and passion in Myotherapy first developed when he treated and relieved his sisters’ presenting two-day headache with a simple pelvic mobilisation and became instantly fascinated by how interconnected the body is.
Special interests include treating musculoskeletal injuries such as ‘Text Neck’ syndrome and Dry Needling.
