Amy is a clinical psychology registrar who works with individuals across the life span, with a particular interest in working with adolescents and adults with anxiety and depressive disorders, neurodiversity, complex trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Amy places importance on helping individuals and families build resilience and positive mental health and wellbeing via evidence-based interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and EMDR. Amy has presented research on emotion dysregulation and self-harming/suicidal behaviours, at several national and international conferences. Amy is generally registered with the Australian Health Practitioner’s Registration Board (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA).
