Amy is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adolescents and adults across a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, alcohol and substance use, neurodiversity, complex trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She’s has a particular interest in military/veteran health and working with individuals on the Autistic spectrum.

Amy places importance on helping individuals understand the origins of their difficulties and develop a range of healthy, alternative strategies to build a stronger sense of self and positive wellbeing. She uses evidence-based interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, trauma informed therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and attachment-based approaches.

Amy also offers diagnostic assessments for individuals seeking clarification of an Autism Spectrum Condition or provisional diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner’s Registration Board (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA).
