Grace Durkin is a Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar who  works with a number of difficulties and diagnoses that affect adult mental health. By striving to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, together with her clients, she seeks to reduce psychological distress and promote a fulfilling and purposeful life. Her therapeutic approach is open, collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental. In session, she incorporates evidence-based techniques, psychological strategies, and supportive exploration. 

Grace works with her clients to create a treatment approach that meets their individual needs.

Grace works primarily with adults experiencing a range of challenges including but not limited to anxiety, OCD, phobias, depression, stress, grief and loss, attachment trauma, changes in life circumstances, emotional dysregulation, and alcohol and drug addiction. She draws from a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-based approaches. 

Decades of research demonstrate that the relationship between client and clinician is a factor of utmost importance to positive therapy outcomes.
