Carly is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a results-driven approach to helping her clients achieve their health goals by tailoring treatment to suit their individual needs.

Carly applies a combination of relaxation, sports and deep tissue techniques including trigger point therapy, stretching and passive range motion. Together, these techniques help maximise relaxation by decreasing the effect of stressors, relieving musculoskeletal pain and tension, supporting fatigued and rundown systems and assisting in rehabilitation and prevention of injury.
