Establishing a strong rapport with each client is integral, as is creating a safe space  where they feel they can freely share and explore their psychological concerns.

Laura has experience assisting clients with a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression,  grief and loss, anger, stress, low self-esteem and communication issues. Her special interest  areas, though, include the following:

Laura primarily sees clients over 18, however will consider taking on children and  adolescents if the main presenting issue is health-related. These referrals will be assessed  on a case by case basis. She is also able to provide supervision to both provisional and  registered psychologists.

Having completed both a Masters in Clinical Psychology and a Masters in Counselling, Laura  is able to integrate a wide range of therapeutic approaches.
