Rachel is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Accredited Nutritionist (AN), Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC), and the Founder of Apricity Nutrition and Wellbeing.
She brings a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach to her practice, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all bodies and abilities. Central to Rachel’s philosophy is enhancing health and wellbeing through compassionate nutrition therapy—without the rigidity of restrictive diets.
Her practice is guided by the Non-Diet Approach® and Health at Every Size® (HAES) principles. She integrates neuro-affirming, evidence-based and sustainable practices such as Intuitive Eating, Mindful Eating, and Medical Nutrition Therapy to help clients move towards their health goals in a way that feels empowering and achievable.
Rachel has undertaken specialist training in eating disorders and continues to receive ongoing professional supervision in this area to ensure her practice remains current and evidence-informed.
